Minimum Order Amounts

In order to provide the highest level or service and to prevent breakage; we require some products be sold in Case Pack quantities. 

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard,. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Saxon Imports, Inc.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.

Shipping, Handling and Sale Policy and Information

All sales FOB Hanover, MA 02339.  

Freight charges will apply to all back orders.

Sales are not completed and accepted until payment is received, processed and shipped.

Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Freight charges will apply to all back orders.

Back orders that are open for over 90 days are may be canceled by Saxon Imports.

Pricing and Order Cancellation
Saxon Imports, Inc. endeavors to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our Web site at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on our Web site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in price, or availability of goods or services. We present our content "as is" and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update information at any time without prior notice.

Saxon Imports, Inc.  reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent. Saxon Imports, Inc. is not responsible for any pricing errors found on this website and reserves the right to cancel any order and refund payment to the customer at anytime. \

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please note that the listings do not represent the entire product line offered by the various manufacturers. Saxon Imports, Inc. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for out of stock products.

Customers will be notified within 5 business days of this cancellation should it occur.

Returns
All purchases at Saxon Imports, Inc. may be returned up to 10 days of receipt for a full refund for the product(s) sold. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us so we can issue you a RMA number. Email us or notify via a phone call.

If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

1. If you receive a damaged product, you must request an RMA number before the product can be returned.. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.

2. Returned items must be complete without exception. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.

3. Saxon Imports, Inc.will not pay the return shipping cost for non-fault returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.

4. If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users; we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund; any product returned without the original package that cannot be verified as our products; any items returned after 30 days and any items returned without RMA number and authorization.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Saxon Imports, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Saxon Imports, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Saxon Imports, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Failed Transactions

If a debit/check/credit card is used to attempt to make a purchase on the Saxon Imports website, and the purchase was not accepted for any reason (failed AVS or CCV verification), please be aware that most banks will hold the "authorized" funds (counting against your balance until the authorization clears) even if your order was rejected by our security measures.   The most common reason for the failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment.  Our Address Verification System (AVS) security measures will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch.

Saxon Imports does not have the capability and is not obligated to release the bank's temporary hold on authorized funds.  Since we do not have the capability to release the bank’s temporary hold, we can not be responsible for the policies of the customer's banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds.   Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company's policy. The period may be as little as three days or as long as several months.

We suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank in order to resolve these types of situations.

International Orders
International customers bear import duty, custom duty, VAT charges, brokerage charges.

Saxon Imports is not responsible for any custom charges, duty, broker fees or any other fee or charge paid to a foreign country or associated with importing a product(s) to a foreign country. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping, fees, taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country. Customers outside of the USA should check their country's regulations related to receiving items from the USA PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

Claims
All claims including, but not limited to, damaged products, missing items or parts must be made within 5 days of receipt of the order.  Any claims made after 5 days will not be honored.

Orders Returned Due to Non-Delivery
Any order returned due to non-delivery or failed delivery attempts will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please make every effort supply us with a valid shipping address and be available to receive the order when it arrives.  The customer will be responsible for any charges for shipping the order after the first attempt.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Carrier Address Correction Fees:
To help prevent delivery delays, please double check the shipping address prior to submitting your order. The most common mistakes made when providing us with a shipping address are incorrect zip code, missing company name, missing suite or apartment number, and wrong street number.  Shipping costs to incorrect addresses are non-refundable.

In all fairness, packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged shipping charges again when your package is reshipped. In addition, any fees billed to us by carriers such as UPS or USPS for address correction or address change will be charged to you when we receive them. Carriers typically bill up to $10.00 for correction of packages regardless of how minor the address correction may be. In addition, administrative costs of up to $5.00 may be billed for each address correction.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Taxes
Saxon Imports shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns
All purchases at Saxon Imports may be returned up to 30 days of purchase for a full refund for the product(s) sold. Should you wish to make a return, please email us so we can issue you a RMA number.  If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

Sales, Promotions ,Coupons and Discounts
Sales, promotions, discounts and coupons can only be accepted during the time of the sale or promotion period and cannot be applied  retroactively. Sale pricing is not retroactive. Sale pricing cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise noted. If an item is added to a saved cart or online registry, item must be purchased during promotion to receive special pricing.   Sales pricing, coupons, discounts and other promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.  As our items are of limited quantity, Saxon Imports cannot guarantee availability or pricing for exchanges.
